Click here ![]() ![]() State of the Raven - March 11 to 17, 2024Vote in the Mental Health Fee Referendum Due to overwhelming demand for increased mental health supports, Health and Counselling Services is proposing a $25 per term mental health fee. The fee will help increase mental health services on campus, including more counsellors, to support students. Vote by online ballot through your cMail on Thursday, March 14 and Friday, March 15, 2024. Important Dates Friday, March 15, 2024: Last day for academic withdrawal from full winter, late winter and fall/winter courses. Friday, March 15, 2024: Last day to request Formal Examination Accommodation Forms for April full winter, late winter, and fall/winter final examinations to the Paul Menton Centre. Academic Withdrawal Deadline - Friday, March 15 Although the deadline has passed for receiving a financial adjustment when you withdraw from a course, you may drop a course to avoid a failure or a poor grade showing up on your student record and affecting your CGPA. This is called Academic Withdrawal. Academic Withdrawals will create no financial change to winter term fees and will result in a grade of Withdrawn (WDN) appearing on your official transcript. WDN is a permanent notation signifying no academic credit. WDN will not impact your CGPA. The Academic Withdrawal deadline for full winter, late winter and fall/winter courses is Friday, March 15, 2024. After this date, you will not be able to drop the course.
