Hello! At the start of this Autumn, families have been joining together in celebration of their children at our annual memory days; something that wouldn’t be achievable without your ongoing support. As well as this your support helps us provide many aspects of care for families across our region, including Symptom Management. Our specialist nursing team is on hand to provide expert care, advice and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, wherever a child is being cared for. Towards the end of his life, Adamas’ family had home visits from our symptom management nursing team two or three times a day, and your support means we can continue to be there for families like his when they need it most. Find out more by reading his story.
You can find more about symptom management nursing and all our latest news in the new edition of Footprints. Please join us at one of our upcoming Christmas events.
