Here’s the lineup for Saturday. Note that events marked as [M] are mandatory.

Morning & Afternoon Events

BRUNCH
Location: Hill, Kings Court English, NCH, and 1920 Commons dining halls. Brunch at Penn Hillel, 11:30am-2pm.

11am-1pm
FIRST-YEAR EXPERIENCE (FYE) SESSIONS
Come experience what the academic world at Penn has to offer! FYE Sessions consist of
short courses run by Penn faculty and staff that provide you with insight on academics and student life at Penn.
Location: Various Locations

2pm-5pm
PENNTRACKS WALKING TOURS
Join your fellow classmates for free guided tours throughout Philly and discover more about your new home!
Location: Meet at College Green

 

Evening & Late Night Events

6:30pm-9:30pm
AN EVENING AT THE PHILADELPHIA MUSEUM OF ART
Location
: Philadelphia Museum of Art

Join your classmates for a fun and inspiring evening at one of the world’s greatest art museums. Adventure through collections of Asian, European, American, and Contemporary art. Enjoy festive food (Kosher and Halal options available) while taking in a spectacular view of the Philadelphia skyline and tackling the famous Rocky Steps.

Please bring your Penn ID and wear your NSO wristband. Casual attire is recommended. Dinner and dessert will be served through 8:30pm. Free shuttle bus transportation will begin at 6:15 pm and will run continuously between the Museum and the pick-up/drop-off points listed below. The Museum is also within walking distance of Center City and Penn’s campus, and taxicabs/car-sharing services are readily available.

- 15th and John F. Kennedy Boulevard (6:15pm-6:45pm only)
- 34th and Walnut streets
- 37th and Spruce streets (Upper Quad Gate)
- 40th and Locust streets

NSO SPEAKEASY
Bring your poetry, your guitar, or your award-winning essay and share your talents with
your classmates. This open mic night features performances by the Class of 2023. Anyone can sign up to perform, or just come to hang out, listen, and check out the Writers House!
Location: Kelly Writers House Garden

11pm-1am
LATE NIGHT ACTIVITIES FAIR
Grab a friend and enjoy games, food, and raffles while meeting student groups. See
