Nelson Future Access 2021 Engagement Report
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency and Nelson City Council are pleased to be able to present a summary of the engagement we received in May and June this year. You provided us with valuable information on improvements that can be made to the Nelson transport network before the Priority Lanes package (the long-term solution) is needed.
We received a broad range of feedback, including feedback on intersection improvements, walking and cycling paths including the Rocks Road proposal, and proposed traffic calming to enhance neighbourhoods and improve safety.
Thank you for getting involved - we received nearly 500 surveys and over 1000 separate online comments.
