New Approved Professional Electives!!

SOC 323 and HSC 323, Health and Society have been added to the list of approved non-PCP Professional Electives. Added bonus is they also double-count towards separate General Education requirements! Review your Degree Works to see how they will apply. Please note that these two courses are cross-listed so they cannot be combined together to receive professional elective credit. Philly Student Doctors Celebration Event

Join us for an unforgettable evening at the "Big Doctor Energy" Black Excellence Event, hosted by Philly Student Doctors. It's going to be a night filled with music, dancing, and great company as we come together to celebrate another year of success! The event will be held on April 27th, from 10:00pm to 2:00am at Reserve Wine Bar and Lounge. All students are welcome to join in the festivities to commemorate the year! Please note that attendees must be 21 years or older. See you there!

Pfizer Drug Discovery and Development Workshop!

Pfizer is partnering with Philadelphia College of Pharmacy to offer the 3D Drug Discovery and Development Workshop on Tuesday, June 11th from 10 AM to 3 PM. The event will be held in IPEX 307 and lunch will be provided. Go to the link at the button below for an overview, learning objectives and application information. Space is limited, so apply early! Application is due no later than May 2nd at 8 AM. Everyone will be notified of their application status by May 16th. Students who attended the workshop in 2023 are not eligible to participate. Open to PCP BS, MS, PhD and PharmD students. For those accepted to the program, information on paying a $5 program fee will be sent. Posted by Dean Foote. 4/11

Pharmacy Intern Sterile Compounding Positions Available!

P1-P3 students: Apply for a position as a sterile compounding pharmacy intern at Pentec Health.

Pentec Health is a large sterile compounding pharmacy located in Boothwyn, PA. Our compounding services are focused around renal nutrition and intrathecal specialty infusion. We are looking for P1- P3 pharmacy students to minimally work every other Sunday for an 8 hour shift. We do have more hours available if students wish to work during the week or while on break.
