Remembrance Day

Join the Carleton community tomorrow (Tuesday, November 11, 2025) at 10:55 a.m. for the in-person service to honour Remembrance Day. Flags will fly at half-mast and wreaths will be placed near the flagpoles on Library Road near Azrieli Theatre.

Join the Faculty of Engineering and Design for the Women in STEM Career and Networking Fair on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., taking place in 270 – 274 Teraanga Commons. Whether you’re exploring your first co-op, seeking full-time roles or just curious about where your degree can take you, this fair brings leading employers and inspiring professionals together on campus.

Membership of the CHRB Task Force

The membership of the Presidential and Provostial Task Force on Community Healing, Rebuilding and Belonging (CHRB) has been finalized. The Task Force brings together representatives from across the Carleton community — faculty, staff, students and governance bodies — with support from Indigenous Elders. Together, they will advance our shared commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, academic freedom and belonging at Carleton.

Enhancing Student Wellness at Carleton University

Carleton’s Health Promotion team and the Carleton University Students' Association (CUSA) have partnered together to enhance student wellness. If you're looking to explore resources, find ways to get involved on campus, attend events or are just looking for a space to relax, drop by the Wellness Centre in 302 Nideyinàn. You can expect a calm, open space where you can engage with CUSA and Health Promotion student staff to discuss wellness topics, as well as available supports or services.

Deadline for Application to Graduate

Sunday, November 30, 2025 is the deadline to apply for February graduation. If you will be finishing your degree requirements by the end of the fall term, be sure to visit Carleton360 to complete the online application to graduate. 

Convocation ceremonies for fall 2025 graduates and the class of 2026 (winter and spring) will be held Monday, June 8 to Friday, June 12, 2026.

Last Day to Apply for the FPGA Student EDI Research Award

Today (Monday, November 10, 2025) is the deadline to apply for the Faculty of Public and Global Affairs Student (FPGA) EDI Research Award. Open to all eligible students in the FPGA, the award celebrates outstanding student projects that advance equity, diversity and inclusion in research.
