Online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia Is Effective among Black Women

According to a new study led by Lynn Rosenberg, this Internet-delivered therapy—already considered the 'gold standard' treatment for insomnia among White women—also appears to be effective among Black women, who disproportionately experience poor sleep.

In this Summer Institute course, learn how to view and query spatial data, produce high-quality digital maps to support public health decision-making, and earn a digital badge to mark your proficiency.
