Have your say on Connect

Keep your eyes peeled for even more resident involvement opportunities coming soon!

Whether you want to dip in occasionally or get more involved, Connect gives you a direct way to make your voice heard.

Reporting repairs just got easier

We’ve made it quicker and easier for residents to report non-emergency repairs online. Our new repairs form is now live on the website, and there’s no need to log in or create an account.

You can report a repair directly through our website in just a few minutes, at a time that suits you. Simply tell us what the issue is, where it’s located, and add any helpful details or photos. Our Customer Service team will then be in touch within three working days to give you an appointment time or find out more information about the issue.

This new form is part of our commitment to making our services easier to access and more convenient for residents.

You can find the form here.

If you prefer, you can still report a repair in the ways you’re used to:

  • Call 0300 303 1010
  • Email Repairs@ParadigmHousing.co.uk
  • Use the Live Chat option on our website
  • Report via MyParadigm

Getting to know you better

Our offices will close at 3pm on 24 December. They will reopen at 8am on 2 January 2026.

We want to make sure we’re offering the right help and support to all our residents – but to do that, we need your information to be up to date.

Over the last few months, you should have received either an email from Feedback@ParadigmHousing.co.uk or a text from ‘Paradigm HG’ with a link to a short form, helping us get to know you and your household better. We’ll also ask you to share some additional details, such as your ethnicity, use of English, and any disabilities or long-term medical conditions. This information helps us to better understand the needs of our communities and provide the right services.

As a thank you, every 100th resident who completes the form will receive a £100 shopping gift card! We've already sent out 21 vouchers to residents - could you receive the 22nd?

If you have any questions, check the FAQs on our website.

Our top tips from Big Energy Savers Week!

While we know that saving energy can be a year-round goal, and a great way to help the environment as well as saving money, we’re also great supporters of Energy Savers Week, which ran last week. We've put together some top tips to help you save energy and money this year:

Partnership working to support residents

Our partnership with King's Church Amersham continued to make a real difference for residents facing challenging circumstances in 2025. Through the Furniture Project, good-quality donated furniture is provided to households who would otherwise struggle to afford the essentials needed to settle into a new home.

During 2025, the project supported 82 households, delivering 875 items of furniture, helping adults and children move into their homes with dignity, stability and a safe place to sleep.

If you are struggling to furnish your home with essentials, we’re here to help. Please call us on 0300 303 1010 or email ContactUs@ParadigmHousing.co.uk

We're here to support you

If you’re feeling concerned about your finances, give us a call. We can connect you with helpful support services, such as Citizens Advice, or refer you to local food banks.

If you're falling behind with your energy bills and finding yourself struggling to pay, the best thing to do is contact your supplier as soon as possible. Under rules from regulator Ofgem, your supplier has to help you – usually by negotiating a payment plan that you can afford. MoneySavingExpert has some great advice, which you can read here. You can also call us on 0300 303 1010 - we can offer advice and refer you to partners who can help.

And don't forget our Support Hub. It's jam-packed with useful tips and links to organisations which offer advice and practical help on a wide range of issues.
