Highlands Historical Society Museum 2023 Grand Opening

Monday's 2-3pm Crushing PD. Moderate intensity exercise designed to slow motor deterioration, improve cognitive function & improve balance and reaction time. Level 1,2. Wednesday's 11am-12pm Movement for Parkinson's. Stretching, balance, mobility and strength training. All levels. Both classes taught by a fellow PWP.
