Register your interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Once you complete the form, a therapist will review your information and will contact you to discuss if this type of therapy is suitable. These free sessions are usually weekly and can take place in person, by phone or online.
Can we help with employment or career support? We may be able to offer support such as CV workshops, interview practice, career advice, school assemblies, apprenticeships, and access to job opportunities. We’re looking to understand who would be interested and where support is most needed.

The Housing Ombudsman They will only consider formal investigations once our internal complaints process has been completed. You can let the Housing Ombudsman know if you're unhappy with the outcome of your complaint using their online complaint form here. Access to your home - helping keep you safe
From time to time, we’ll contact you to arrange access to your home. This is so we can arrange important safety checks, such as your electrical and gas safety inspections. These checks are a legal requirement and help keep you, your household and your neighbours safe from risks like fire, electric shock or carbon monoxide. If you’ve been contacted, please book your appointment as soon as you can. Could you leave your home if there were a fire?
You can now self-refer for a Residential Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan, if you need extra help to leave your home during an emergency, such as a fire. Who might need help to evacuate? You or someone you live with may need extra support during an emergency for many reasons, including:
A merger update - SettleParadigmAs you may know, Settle and Paradigm Housing Group are planning to fully merge into one organisation, with Settle homes and services transferring to Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited. Settle residents are now being consulted on the proposal. The aim is to strengthen services and invest more in communities.
