The first week of August marked Early Learning Matters week - a timely reminder of the magnified value of investing in the early years and the intersections of work across the Centre.

This edition features:

  • the release of the National Child and Family Hubs Network's 2024-2029 Strategy, which will guide the next five years of work aligning Hubs across Australia
  • the first edition of a blog series reflecting on what it takes to meaningfully engage families ahead of our August webinar, Building authentic partnerships with parents and practitioners
  • a working paper what children and families need to thrive - the Core Care Conditions by Dr Tim Moore, including a diagram illustrating the relationship between social and environmental factors and child outcomes
  • learnings from a review on the neighbourhood features important for children’s health and wellbeing.
