Click here THANK YOU to staff at Calvary NazarethDate: 20 January 2022 To: All Staff – Calvary Nazareth From: Bryan McLoughlin, Regional CEO – NSW & QLD We are writing to thank you for your hard work, dedication and all that you are doing to keep our residents – and your colleagues – safe and well cared for during these very challenging times. You are all going above and beyond for the vulnerable people in our care, showing extra kindness and support to help overcome the feelings of isolation and confusion that many of our residents are feeling as they remain restricted and unable to go about their normal daily lives. Day-to-day care has been provided from behind uncomfortable face masks, shields, protective gowns and gloves, sometimes in extreme conditions. We know this has not been easy. However, it is largely because of your ongoing diligence with wearing the full PPE, carefully donning and doffing, and following the required infection control measures that this outbreak has been very well managed at the home. Please know that your effort on the frontlines of this outbreak, and the pandemic more broadly, have not gone unnoticed and are greatly appreciated – by Calvary and by the residents’ loved ones. It is inspiring to see that in times like these, our staff are truly living the Calvary values and being for others. Thank you.
