Click here 02 February 2022 Dear Family Member, Positive COVID-19 cases identified in at Calvary Trevu House We are writing to inform you that 2 staff have tested positive to COVID-19 at Calvary Trevu House. We understand that this may be worrying for you and your families. We also understand that people will be anxious and we want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to continue to look after our resident’s health and wellness while keeping them safe during this difficult time. Am I going to be safe?We understand this may be distressing news for you. Please be assured that our first priority and focus is our resident’s safety, health and wellbeing at this challenging time. Please note that due to staff wearing tier 3 PPE N95 Masks and Face shield, this is low risk to residents, and residents need to isolate. Our staff continue to wear personal protective equipment to lower the risk of infection. For your safety, group activities and group dining remain suspended. For the time being, residents willbe provided with all meals, medication, exercise, medical care and calls with family in their room. May I visit? While no visitors are allowed at this time, residents and their loved ones can stay connected by making phone calls, by using our video call service or arranging a window visit. Please ask a staff member ifyou would like to arrange a call with your family.
