Kicking Off the First-Ever Facilitator Session Series for 2025 Pathfinders

COLLABORATION   For the first time, Pathfinders can join a Facilitator Session on one of eight pain points for early-career attorneys, such as self-advocacy or work-life balance. During these small-group discussions led by LCLD Alumni, participants will receive insight, support, and best practices.

The Littler Annual Employer Survey Report

METRICS & DATA   In a survey of 350 in-house lawyers, executives, and HR professionals, Littler found that 45 percent of respondents are worried about DEI litigation, compared to 24 percent the previous year. Despite these concerns, 45 percent said their organizations are not considering further rollbacks of DEI programs.  Littler
