Bringing Attention to Climate Change

Congratulations to the MPH Student Advisory Board for receiving a Student Champions for Climate Justice Award from APHA! In recognition of this, students will provide free events online and in Flint September 18th-22nd to raise awareness around air quality and climate change.

Senator John Cherry and Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist joined Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha in celebration of the nation's first citywide prenatal and infant cash allowance program. Even some Flint babies "endorsed" Rx Kids with their handprint signatures.
