Dear As 2025 draws to a close, we’re delighted to share the final edition of Volunteer REACH for the year, including the latest update from our EDI series, some heartwarming festive stories and our much-loved annual Christmas card. That’s a wrap on EDI newsletters for 2025! In the final edition of our latest Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) newsletter, we explored themes that challenge us to think deeply about identity, inclusion, and belonging. We reflected on the significance of Black History Month, not just as a celebration of heritage, but as a call to understand the narratives that shape our present. We also highlighted Trans Awareness Week, inviting us to consider what true allyship looks like in practice.
This edition also introduces a new feature, ‘EDI & Me’, where a colleague from EACH courageously shares their personal journey of learning and discovery. Their story reminds us that EDI is a lived experience that touches every one of us. We look forward to bringing you more EDI-focused newsletters in 2026! Festive Family Stories At this special time of year, we wanted to share just a few of our recently published festive stories with you, click the pictures below to read more. Mum Kayla, shares Thomas' story to support our 2025 Christmas Appeal. Our Finton shop launches it's Christmas Memory Tree. Our magical carol services take part across the region.
