With over 25 years of experience in education, Dr. Podraza founded her company to support new school principals through comprehensive coaching programs, keynote presentations, and leadership workshops focused on building effective leadership skills and positive school culture.

Member Resource: Dan Facchini and Joe Cassidy will present findings from our Annual Survey, review ID's impact over the past six years, and preview what’s ahead for Innovation DuPage.
