Discounted Energy & Water use ratings

The NSW Government is offering discounts for first-time ratings with the National Australian Built Environment Rating Scheme (NABERS). This scheme can help buildings wanting to monitor and improve their energy and water use. Until 1 December 2023 buildings can receive :

•  up to $3,000 towards their 1st NABERS energy rating and action plan.
•  up to $1000 towards a NABERS water rating.

Cashback for energy saving apartments

Interested in Solar or EV charging in your building? As part of a 12-month trial, apartment buildings in Waverley can receive up to $5,000 in rebates for  common area energy assessments for solar or electric vehicle feasibility, installing rooftop solar or electrifying centralised hot water or swimming pool heating systems.
