Campus Safety Services is Hiring Students Campus Safety Services is now accepting applications for casual security guards for Student Safety Patrol positions in the 2025-2026 academic year. These part-time roles involve light security duties and a chance to engage with the campus community. Career Services has lots of employer info sessions coming up in January! This includes a session with Konrad (a digital consultancy firm), an Ottawa 67’s STEM recruitment event and a networking event on navigating careers in mental health. ![]() Kick Off the Winter Term with Frost Week The Carleton University Students’ Association (CUSA) has partnered with the Rideau River Residence Association and the Campus Activity Board to bring you Frost Week, a week full of fun. Enrol in Multi-Factor Authentication To enhance the security of the Carleton University community, students must enrol in Microsoft multi-factor authentication (MFA). All students have been sent a prompt to set up MFA when they log into Microsoft 365 services using their MyCarletonOne password. If you have not yet accessed your cMail or Microsoft services, please do so and enrol in MFA as soon as possible. ISSO Offering Services Virtually Due to scheduled office maintenance, the International Student Services Office (ISSO) is offering services virtually. Members of the ISSO team are available in-person in the Student Experience Office in 430 Tory Building from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to answer questions and get you connected to services and supports. Winter 2025 Kinàmàgawin Indigenous Learning Certificate Registration Now Open The Kinàmàgawin Indigenous Learning Certificate registration is now open for winter 2025! Join to learn more about anti-Indigenous racism in Canada and educational institutions, student supports and how to practice allyship. To register, please email Lane Bourbonnière with your name and student number. Educational Costs Estimating the cost of a year of study varies from student to student and depends on the program and number of credits you are registered in. Tuition and compulsory ancillary/miscellaneous fees include classes, U-Pass, academic, administrative and career support, lab and project resources, library access, athletic facilities and supplemental health plan.
