National Day of Remembrance: Québec City Mosque Attack and Action Against Islamophobia The Green Square Campaign, commemorating the victims of the 2017 Quebec City mosque attack, will be observed on campus on Monday, January 29, 2024. The campus entrance bridge will be illuminated in green. Green squares, symbolizing unity against Islamophobia, will be available in the Nideyinàn Galleria, at Parking Services in 204 Pigiarvik (ᐱᒋᐊᕐᕕᒃ), and the Student Experience Office in 430 Tory Building. Fall Orientation 2024 – Volunteers Needed Fall Orientation volunteers are integral to a successful Fall Orientation week in September. Fall Orientation team volunteers have the opportunity to assist in event execution and interact and welcome new students to the Carleton community. Volunteers also participate in exciting events throughout the summer and can add the experience to their Co-Curricular Record. Applications are due by Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
