How We Revived More Than 100 Balconies
at a Marriott Hotel   

When a project management group purchased the Lexington Marriott at Griffin Gate, they assumed they'd need to remove the hotel's water-damaged balconies and rebuild them from scratch. They were pleasantly surprised when we informed them that they could actually repair, reinforce, and resurface the balconies...no demolition required. 

In the end, we were able to beautifully revive the 109 balconies, saving the project management company the cost and stress associated with demolition projects. See how we did it.

Wayne State University had a unique request for the outdoor area that leads up to their stadium: a surface that looks like a basketball court. 

A challenge? Yes. But was SUNDEK National Accounts up for that challenge? Of course!

Many iterations of samples, lots of color mixing, and creative experimentation led to this gorgeous surface that's complete with flooring that looks like a hardwood basketball court, striping, recessed lighting, and even a logo at the center of the court. See more about this unique project.
