2023 National Basketball Championship Celebration
On Monday, March 20, 2023, the university will come together in the Nideyinàn (formerly University Centre) Food Court to celebrate a historic Carleton moment and Canada’s very best Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams. The doors will open at 10:30 a.m. and the program will begin at 11:00 a.m. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their spirit wear, and to enjoy the provided refreshments!
The Virtual Spring Career Fair Will Host 65+ Employers
The Virtual Spring Career Fair is coming up on Wednesday, March 22, 2023! Familiarize yourself with the 65+ employers and hiring organizations to get a sense of who’s hiring, what employers are looking for and which organizations may be a good fit for you.
Exploring Different Sections of the Career Services Job Board
The Career Services Job Board on mySuccess (accessed by logging in to Carleton360 from the Current Students website) is exclusive to the Carleton community and offers an array of job opportunities including full-time, part-time, new grad, co-op and more. This board is a valuable tool you can use to gain work experience and begin your career journey. Career Services has tons of great tips on exploring different sections of the Job Board.
Carleton's Tax Clinic is Open to Clients
Worried about filing your taxes this year? Don't be! The Sprott Tax Students' Association (STSA) is here to help with their annual tax clinic. All tax returns are filed at no cost. The tax clinic is run as a free community service.
All appointments at the tax clinic will be held in-person between Monday, March 20 and Friday, March 24, 2023, in 4024 Nicol Building.
Student EDI Research Award Applications Open
The Office of the Provost and Vice-President (Academic) is now accepting applications for the Student Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Research Award, valued at $10,000 for undergraduate students. Students from all faculties are invited to submit a proposal for an EDI-related research project that they intend to work on during the summer in collaboration with a faculty member. The application deadline for this award is Monday, April 10, 2023.
Board of Governors Award for Outstanding Community Achievement
Do you know, or are you a student, who exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism and made a substantial community contribution while at Carleton University? Nominate them or yourself for the Board of Governors Award for Outstanding Community Achievement!
A cash award in the amount of $2,000 will be awarded to the recipient. Application deadline is Friday, March 24, 2023.

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Ravens Sport Business Club is the place for you. The Ravens Sport Business Club is the place for students to learn about the world of sport business, develop new skills and meet other students in the Ravens community.
When to Expect Your Final Grades
Wondering when your final grades will be posted? Your final grades for the winter and fall/winter terms courses will be posted on Carleton Central (access by logging into Carleton360 and clicking “myGrades” from the important links menu) once approved by the departmental chair and the associate dean for the faculty. Instructors generally have 10 calendar days after the date of the final examination to submit final grades. Once submitted, it may take some time for the final grades to be approved by the departmental chair and the dean of the faculty that your course falls under.
