A video recording of the 2026 Bolch Prize for the Rule of Law ceremony honoring David F. Levi is now available to watch on YouTube.

The ceremony features remarks by Duke Law Dean Kerry Abrams, Duke President Emeritus Richard H. Brodhead, Interim Dean James C. Duff of the University of Kentucky College of Law, and Bolch Judicial Institute Director Kimberly J. Mueller, a retired judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, followed by Levi’s acceptance of the prize.

The program also includes a panel discussion moderated by Levi with retired Judge Diane P. Wood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, Chief Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, retired Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson of the Supreme Court of Texas, and Mueller on judicial independence, public trust, and the challenges facing courts today.
