The Nonprofit Coalition

PFC is proud to serve as a founding member of The Nonprofit Coalition, which launched on June 23rd. Through combined efforts and resources, the Coalition is advocating for the creation of a ‘Home in Government’ to support the sector by creating overarching policies and tangible solutions to specific challenges.  Other Coalition founding members include Community Foundations of Canada, Cooperation Canada, Imagine Canada, the Ontario Nonprofit Network, United Way Centraide Canada and Volunteer Canada.

Rise provides clients with access to holistic entrepreneurial training, mentorship, micro-financing, and other customs support that help them build the skills and access the capital they need to launch a small business.

The Foundation for Black Communities invites you to fill out their survey on participatory grants.

 The Foundation for Black Communities (FFBC) exists to ensure every Black person in Canada can thrive and all Black communities have agency in defining their own future. To inform their path forward, FFBC is seeking to learn how foundations across Canada approach participatory grantmaking processes. Findings will contribute to the development of the FFBC's own grantmaking process and will be shared with the broader philanthropic sector to inform practice.
