PHINS Coordinators!Good afternoon PHINS Coordinators! This is Ava & Sam! We hope you are all having an amazing summer so far! In this email we will be sharing below information regarding training, move-in, and further communications! This past weekend, we sent out an email to PHINS Orientation Leaders with the following information: Training For PHINS CoordinatorsVirtual Training We highly encourage you to join in order to keep you updated with all the information that the PHINS will receive. PHINS Coordinators could potentially lead a group of students if there is a need for it during NSO. At this training, we would like to introduce the PHINS Coordinators that attend to the PHINS. This session will be recorded and sent out later. The training will be held virtually on July 28, 2022 at 6pm EST. Click here to join the zoom. This link will be sent out again closer to the meeting time. In-person Training The required in-person training will be held on Monday, August 22, 2022. At this training PHINS Coordinators shirts, nametags, and merch will be distributed. We understand that some events for International Student Orientation (ISO) starts on the 22nd (Monday) and will overlap at this time. We will accommodate for those PHINS Coordinators who need it. Move-InPHINS Coordinators are welcome to move-in on Sunday, August 21, 2022. By moving in on Sunday, you will be able to take part in the mandatory in-person PHINS training on Monday, August 22. For registering for move-in, you do NOT have to register through the STARes portal. Our office will handle registering you in for early move-in slot. There are no fees associated with the early move-in for PHINS. Our office covers ALL COSTS of early move-in. Important Dates
