2026 Circular Economy Stakeholder Engagement Forums

This article applies to all four administrations

We are delighted to share that the Circular Economy Stakeholder Forum has grown in size over the last year, with us reaching a peak of 1,000 registered attendees in the last quarter of the year.

We have changed the Microsoft Teams settings so more people can join the forum when lots of stakeholders want to attend.

What this means for you:

  • You will no longer need to register. Instead, the link to each forum will take you directly to the meeting.
  • Microsoft Teams will no longer send a hold in your calendar, you will need to do this manually.

What you need to do:

  • Save the links to each Circular Economy Forum (below). The link is different each month, so please ensure you have the correct link for each month.

  • Manually hold the date and time for each forum in your calendar – Microsoft Teams will no longer send a calendar hold, so please be sure to do this manually. We recommend adding each link to your calendar.

  • Access the link on the right day and time. This will take you to the forum to attend the event.

Please only access the links below at the time of each forum.
