From Rutherglen Visitor Information CentreHello everyone, With the Melbourne Cup long weekend just around the corner, we hope your businesses are gearing up for a busy and fruitful few days ahead. It's a wonderful opportunity to welcome visitors to our beautiful region. And speaking of busy times – with only eight weeks until Christmas, our gift shop is buzzing with a festive spirit. We’re stocked with loads of local and regional produce - perfect for creating custom hampers for friends, family, and
colleagues. As we prepare for the holiday season, we’re already receiving enquiries about which eateries and wineries will be open over the Christmas and New Year period. To help visitors plan their stay, we’re putting together our annual spreadsheet of opening hours. Could you please send us your trading days and hours for Tuesday 23 December through Thursday 1 January? We'll share this information via email and printed handouts at our centre, helping to promote your business and connect you with visitors during the busy holiday period. Wishing you a wonderful fortnight ahead.
