PCP will once again be hosting Central High School for the 4th Annual PCP Central High School Day on Monday, October 10, and if you are a CHS alumni, we need you! CHS students will be participating in CPR training and interactive activities related to pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences. We would also love to have a Q&A panel with CHS alumni so that our guests can ask questions about what it's like to graduate from Central and come to PCP. The Pitt Challenge is an event backed by the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy to bring together students to solve problems in healthcare. They have invited students from SJU to come take part in their hackathon challenge this year. College students from all disciplines come together to build cool software & hardware hacks over 24-48 hours. In this case, the hacks the students build are focused on healthcare innovation. P-4 students applying to fellowship programs, The Training Beyond the PharmD program is offering its 4th annual "Virtual Mock Interview Experiences” for students applying for fellowship positions. Due to the varied nature of the fellowship timeline for interviews, we are going to complete the mock interviews on an as-needed basis. This will help you as students schedule a mock interview before your first interviews to help work for your timeline. We have developed a google form for you to fill out when you have an interview scheduled. This is a competency based interview that is required to progress into the P1 year. Interviews will begin on Monday, October 3, 2022, and continue through Monday, October 31, 2022.
