Small business spotlight: Ben Ogden, Newy Rides

Ben Ogden is the owner of Newcastle-based bike tour company, Newy Rides. Launching his business just before COVID-19, Ben maintained a positive outlook which allowed him to build his business by setting up connections, planning and preparing for when tourism returned to the region. Business Victoria has created a free business planning tool to help you focus on the tasks that keep your business on track. It will help you plan for small and large business goals, provide you with resources and templates, and help you prioritise tasks.
