This substantial investment sets the stage for an exciting period of growth and progress. On the project front, BayTech Charter School has begun demolition at the Palace Theater in Oakland, marking the beginning of a transformative journey towards establishing a state-of-the-art educational facility catering to over 300 students in grades 6-12. I'm happy to share that our COO, Kahlmus Eatman, has been accepted into the prestigious Pahara Institute Fellowship. These funds will play a crucial role in fueling our expansion efforts in Texas, specifically in Houston and San Antonio.
