Move-In Schedule

Check the links below for your scheduled move-in time. 

Marshaling Yard

A marshaling yard will be utilized for all incoming vehicles for move in and move out. Upon arrival to the PNE Coliseum, all trucks and vehicles will enter through GATE 6 of the PNE Fair Grounds (located off Renfrew Street, north of the Coliseum). Once checked in with the LEVY Marshaling Yard attendant, drivers will be directed to the designated unloading area when space becomes available.

Marshalling Yard Location: 100 N Renfrew St, Vancouver, BC V5K 4W3
See attached map. Entrance is GATE 6, located off Renfrew Street. The marshalling yard will be located in Lot 7, north of the Pacific Coliseum.

Marshalling Yard Hours:

The marshaling yard will be open for the hours noted below. Please keep in mind these are solely the marshalling yard hours, and is not reflective of your move in times. Move in and move out times must be followed. If your truck arrives earlier than your allotted time, it will be held until your assigned move in start time.

Move In
Monday, November 3 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday, November 4 from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Move out
Thursday, November 6 from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Friday, November 7 from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

ONSITE STORAGE

If you require onsite storage, all exhibitor empties (crates, pallets, boxes, etc) must have a Levy storage label and be ready for pick up on Tuesday, November 4 by 3:00 pm. Please see the onsite Levy Customer Service Desk for storage labels.

Exhibitors Parking

Move-in and move-out days

• Parking in Lots 7 & 8
• No charge on these days only
• During show time, we ask that they move their vehicles out of these lots to accommodate attendee parking.  

Show days

• Parking in Centregrounds, Lot 9B East, Lot 9C and Lot 16.  
• $15/day
• Purchase parking in advance by registering their cars for 2 day parking using the ZipBy app and the Honk app using the two-day code 21099. It will automatically activate on November 5th at 12:01 a.m.

Bus Parking

• Can be accommodated in Lot 16

The Exhibitor Badge email to each exhibitor has been sent via Conexys. Please check your spam for the email. If you have not received as of yet please contact the office:

Insurance

Please provide us your insurance certificate, as indicated in your booth agreement, by emailing it to events@ciph.com BEFORE October 31, 2025.

Each exhibitor must provide proof of insurance with the following stipulations included:

• Insurance must cover the entire duration of show, including move-in & move-out date (November 03 to 07, 2025).
• Coverage for liability of a minimum of $2,000,000
