Invitation to Waitara Road roundabout blessing
You are invited to join us to celebrate the completion of the Waitara Road roundabout and associated improvements.
The celebration will include a blessing by local hapū, speeches, and kai.
The roundabout is the second completed as part of Te Ara Tūtohu: State Highway 3 (SH3) Waitara to Bell Block safety improvements project.
Through the project we’re constructing new roundabouts at four key intersections, installing flexible median barrier, realigning some local roads, and making other minor safety improvements.
