Pool deck resurfacing in Baltimore, MD

Repairing and Upgrading

An apartment complex in Baltimore had an outdated and damaged pool deck that needed a serious remodel. The catch? It's sited on an elevated surface with a parking garage below it. Because of the surface damage, water was leaking onto the cars parked in the garage.

In addition to redoing the surface to make it look brand new, SUNDEK of Washington also applied a waterproof coating that resolved the leak. Learn more about the project here.

Apartment pool deck in San Marcos

Transforming with Color

If you want more than just a plain gray surface, we have a solution for that. At this student apartment complex near Texas State University, SUNDEK of Austin stained and sealed this pool deck to make it a gorgeous hangout spot that will stand the test of time despite massive amounts of foot traffic.

Expansion Joints

Ensuring a Stable Surface

The fact that concrete shrinks and expands over time makes some cracking inevitable. But how can you reduce hairline cracks and prevent larger cracks from occurring? That's where expansion joints come in. If you're having a concrete slab poured on your property, here's the basic information you need to know to make sure it's done properly so it'll last a long time.
