Hawes Crossing: A True Village ExperienceBY SHAWN BYRON Hawes Crossing Village, the 1,131 acre residential community in Mesa, Arizona, received approval by Mesa City Council in early 2021. When the opportunity to work on Village One (80.66 acres of the 1,131 acre total community), myself, along with RVi team members Konner Pendland and Kevin Wilke-Nadler welcomed it, recognizing that as landscape architects and designers, this project would present as one with unique challenges. Conveniently located in downtown Asheville at 22 South Pack Square, the ornate Jackson Building is quite possibly one of the most beloved skyscrapers in the city. Amos Gideon Russell was born on March 23, weighing eight pounds, five ounces. They were hoping he'd be a timely gentleman, but Amos had his own plans and casually arrived a week late. 2022 ULI Arizona Trends Day This month, RVi Tempe sponsored and attended the 2022 ULI Arizona Trends Day Conference. The event featured a range of informative and captivating presenters.
