Ryan Seacrist Named to 40 Under 40 List

We're proud of our colleague Ryan Seacrist, PLA, who was recently named to Orlando Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list for 2022. The award aims to highlight some of the most influential young business leaders in Central Florida each year.

As the Director of Florida Operations for RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture, Ryan has helped lead the ATWELL affiliate’s rapid growth in the Sunshine State over much of the past year. He started RVi's Orlando office in the Spring of 2021, which at the time was their Florida market entry, and exceeded that office's revenue goal for the year within their first five months.

Hawes Crossing: A True Village Experience

Hawes Crossing Village, the 1,131 acre residential community in Mesa, Arizona, received approval by Mesa City Council in early 2021. When the opportunity to work on Village One (80.66 acres of the 1,131 acre total community), myself, along with RVi team members Konner Pendland and Kevin Wilke-Nadler welcomed it, recognizing that as landscape architects and designers, this project would present as one with unique challenges.

RVi Asheville Moves into Historic Jackson Building

We are excited to announce that the RVi Asheville office has officially moved! Conveniently located in downtown Asheville at 22 South Pack Square, the ornate Jackson Building is quite possibly one of the most beloved skyscrapers in the city. Situated along Pack Square Park, it has direct access to this beautiful public space helping spread our mission of inspiring people to be outside and engage in the community around them.
