CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Fractional Executive Director.

Hello NACY Network! We are currently interviewing on a rolling basis, an individual consultant to serve as a part-time Executive Director under a 12-month contract (with the potential for renewal upon successful annual review). This is a virtual position, though some travel will be required.

The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors and work closely with NACY’s full-time Operations Coordinator to execute key organizational activities and implement the strategic plan.

  • Amanda Arella, YWCA Canada's Director of Public Policy, joined CPAC’s town hall on Online Harms, highlighting the impact of online hate on young women and gender-diverse youth. Learn more.
  • The Township of Centre Wellington Ontario has been named Canada’s most generous city for the second year, with 6.27% of its residents donating through CanadaHelps. 
  • BGIS contributed an incredible $1 million commitment to Kids Help Phone to unlock hope for more young people! 
  • Celebrating 50 years of the Joint Award Initiative (JAI) in Northern Ireland, a partnership between DofE, The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Foundation, and Gaisce.
  • SCIENSIS recently received funding to launch new programs, including an exciting microgrant initiative to support women-led STEM projects and innovative ideas aligned with our mission.

Funding Opportunities

  • CanFASD Researchers Travel Award has a limited amount of funding to support travel of Network researchers and trainees in order to enhance their research experience in the area of knowledge dissemination and sharing. Deadline January 1, 2025
  • Government of Canada Youth Mental Health Fund will help community organizations expand the mental health care services they offer to youth, add capacity and fill gaps and ensure they are integrated within the broader healthcare system. Deadline January 22, 2025.
