Staff Update: Calvary Robina Rise will re-open to visitors from 24 February 2022

I am pleased to inform staff that all tested Calvary Robina Rise residents have received negative results from the latest round of testing. In line with Public Health Unit advice, the outbreak at Calvary Robina Rise has now been declared over.

Consistent with Calvary’s Position Statement on Visiting in Aged Care, we will welcome visitors back into the home from today, 24 February 2022. 

Information for visitors

  • Visiting hours are from 9.00am – 8.00pm, with last entry to the building permitted at 4.30pm. 
  • There is no limit to the number of visitors allowed per resident, per day. However only two visitors are permitted at any one time.
  • Visitors will be required to complete screening requirements prior to entry and wear appropriate PPE (including surgical mask and shield) whilst visiting. PPE is provided by Calvary.
  • Visitors will be required to have a rapid antigen test (RAT test) before entering the home. 
  • Visitors must book their visit in advance by emailing kristi.cleland@japara.com.au. They must include their requested date and time, the resident's name and room number, visitor's name with attached proof of vaccination.
  • Any requests for visitation outside these arrangements should be discussed and arranged with the home manager by emailing requests and any relevant details to Beverly.Reyes@japara.com.au
