Enjoy the merry, madcap musical, A Gentlemen’s Guide to Love and Murder. Mark Hutchison is a part of the cast!

Dinner at 5:30 is an option for any interested and the musical begins at 7:30. Tickets are $26.

May 21st is also Music Appreciation Sunday. 

You're invited to attend Pastor Erin's Installation on Sunday, May 21st at 4pm. All are welcome. A reception will immediately follow in Dobstaff. 

It's that time of year again, when our dedicated music ensembles take a much-deserved break and reenergize over the summer for a return in the fall.

We invite all musically inclined folks to consider sharing your talents with us this summer by signing up for a Sunday (or two, even) to offer special music. It doesn't need to be long or elaborate and doesn't need any more of a theme than to be joyfully presented. If you sing or play an instrument and need accompaniment, talk with Brian.

The sign-up sheet can be found in the narthex. June will be here in just three weeks!

We are excited to announce that St. Matthew is planning a fun-filled week of activities, June 5th-9th from 9am-12noon. A family ice cream social will be held Friday, June 9th at 6:30pm. 

For children ages 3-4 (must have completed at least one year of preschool) and grades K-5th grade (completed grades K-5th)

Cost is $35 per child. Scholarships available. Contact the office for more information.

We need the following items for crafts and decorations for VBS. Label all items and place them in the kids kitchen next to the nursery. We will be sure to label your Christmas trees when we put them up to make sure they get back to you.

We need:

Christmas trees
empty toilet paper rolls
empty paper towel rolls
empty and clean milk cartons
empty Kleenex boxes
stuffed FOREST animals (raccoon, bears, rabbits...)
metal trash can
tops to kid's food pouches
empty and clean metal food cans

Please leave them in the kids kitchen by May 28th so we know how much we have. Thank you!

Please plan to help with VBS decorating on Saturday, June 3rd, from 9am-12pm. 

We will have sketches of each area so several people can work together to set up each area of the church. Please come whenever you can and stay for as long as you can. Everyone welcome. The kids are great helpers! Many hands make light work.

We had 4 walkers represent St.Matthew at the Crop Walk on May 7th. We were able to raise a total of $427 to help benefit local food pantries. Thanks to everyone who donated.

Women's Fellowship will meet at 7pm on Thursday, June 15th, to enjoy a talk about native plants. Watch the Happenings for the location, tbd.

We need a Publicity Chair to help us spread the word about our awesome events! Post our events on Nextdoor, The Patch, and others. Dani has a list of sources.

The Publicity Chair also makes sure that banners are put up a few weeks before the events occur.  

This is a great way to volunteer while working from home. Please contact Kenna Anderson if you can help.

$10 Ozzie bucks for any food item in stadium
Hot dogs, soda, and 12 oz domestic beer are all $2 each (Thirsty Thursday Promotion)
