New Student Orientation & Academic Initiatives
Wednesday, August 21, 2019
Hello Class of 2023! Welcome to Penn! New Student Orientation has officially started and this email be will a snapshot of the day’s events. Note that events marked as [M] are mandatory. For today’s weather, we’re expecting partly cloudy skies with a high of 93°. Here is your chance to ask a question regarding Weapons of Math Destruction and the Year of Data! Use the form at this link to submit a question to the PRP panelists. For each question selected, we will announce the name and college house of the student who submitted it… and prizes will be given to those whose questions are selected. You can also find your PRP discussion logistics on this page. Please contact our office with any questions you have. If you have
any questions or would like more information about any of the NSO programs, look for our well-trained volunteers, the PHINS, all around campus in light blue and dark blue polos, visit www.nso.upenn.edu or call us at 215-898-7000.
