Ahead of World AIDS Day on Dec. 1, Schulich Medicine & Dentistry professors Jessica Prodger, Jimmy Dikeakos and postdoctoral researcher Mitchell Mumby discuss their work on HIV transmission, the virus's impact on the immune system and the challenges of achieving UNAIDS goals and finding a cure. 

Researchers design in-home dementia care program

Health studies professors Marie Savundranayagam and Anna Garnett, in partnership with McCormick Care Group, helped design a new program providing in-home dementia care training to support families and improve care for people living with dementia. 

New tool to help prosecute hate crimes

A group of researchers including professors and students from the Faculty of Law and the Canadian Race Relations Foundation have teamed up to develop a new research tool to help prosecute hate crimes.
