Workforce Australia - Entrepreneurship Facilitators

November Bravo is a team of experts with over 20 years of combined experience in Australian and international organisations. They serve as the Australian Government's Entrepreneurship Facilitators for the south-east Melbourne region.

Online learning for tourism and hospitality staff

All you wanted for Christmas is trained staff… It’s not too late! The new year offers new options.

The Victorian Tourism Industry Council (VTIC) has heard the call for industry-endorsed micro-credentials to be made available to Victorian businesses to help address the skills crisis.

A new pilot program with Typsy launches for Greater Melbourne businesses this summer.

Thanks to assistance from the Victorian Government, VTIC is able to provide this training free of charge to you and your team. Gain industry-recognised certifications while watching an unlimited number of courses.

Get prepared for the seasonal increase in tourists in the short term, and if you’re looking further ahead, use the opportunity to upskill and even start building your team for the year ahead, and towards the Commonwealth Games.

Training is available NOW! You can learn on-demand, watching courses in your own time, on your own device.

Level Crossing Removal Project

The level crossings at Main Street, McGregor Road and Racecourse Road in Pakenham are 3 of 22 crossings being removed along the Pakenham line.

The crossings will be removed by building a rail bridge over the roads, creating new community open space for locals to enjoy for generations to come.

The 2.5km rail bridge design with a new premium Pakenham Station will improve safety, reduce road congestion, and allow more trains, more often. The new Pakenham Station will provide modern facilities, more services, and improved security.

The Level Crossing Removal Project will also include extending the metropolitan rail line 2km and building a new East Pakenham Station.

For regular information about the progress of this project, sign up for email updates or text PAKENHAM TO 0428 581 917 for SMS updates.

We want to hear from YOU!

In the following weeks, we will send you a survey asking for your thoughts on business events.

The survey will ask about what sort of events you hope to attend in 2023 and the ideal times for you and your business.

Even though we are conscious that we can't always accommodate everyone's needs, we'll try to offer a range of events that suit everyone.
