NEWS UPDATE12 April 2024 Publishers noteThis is a funny time of year. Not long ago many of us were lamenting at how quickly last year passed, and now we are lamenting how quickly this year is passing with the industry on the verge of our trilogy of Marine Events in SEQ – ASMEX, SCIBS & Marinas24 just around the corner. These events are fast approaching, and the time is now to start planning. It may be a little late to get involved in some of these activities, but not all. Both have done an excellent job of preparing a lineup of speakers to inform and educate the industry. Given my tendency to have “FOMO,” I will be attending both. Countrywide, we have areas that have experienced and are currently experiencing flooding. Do yourself a favor, and certainly advise your clients, to stay away from those flooded locations. The slowest speed is the only option if you have to be there. Congratulations to the Freedom Boating Club who this week announced their 100th client since their Australian launch not too long ago.
