Please see below for the latest announcements from the Institutional Research and Analytics department at ASEE.

1. Profiles 2022 Deadline

Preview reports for both the online and spreadsheet portion of the survey have been uploaded for data submited by Friday February 10, 2023. These reports will be visible in your https://survey.asee.org accounts. 

Please note that the deadline for Profiles has been extended to February 15, 2023.

If you need more time, please send a request to data@asee.org indicating when you would need an extesntion until.

2. ASEE IRA Phone Numbers and Staffing

The ASEE IRA department is moving to email only contact. Any prior phone numbers for our team are no longer monitored and will be disconnected soon. Please email questions to data@asee.org

3. ASEE Salary Survey for 2023

The 2023 ASEE Faculty Salary Survey is open until April 28, 2023. Please see here for full instructions: https://ira.asee.org/asee-faculty-salary-survey-instructions/

There are no changes in the NTT and TT faculty roles collected or instructions for the salary survey from last year.

If you don't see the link to register for the 2023 salary survey, please contact data@asee.org to have the role added to your user account.

There is no participation fee for this survey. All institutions who submit will get copies of four national reports from all participating insitutions (All institutions, Public, Private and US News Top 50).  The peer reporting tool is available for purchase at $500.

Once you register for the account and log in, survey registration is in the My Surveys section. There is a fee. There is an online component that is done in your web browser, as well as a spreadsheet, which is available in Section G of the online survey.

The Profiles Survey is open until February 15, 2023. If you need an extension, please let us know.

Please feel free to sign up for our mailing list as well, you can do so via the link towards the top of our communications page: https://ira.asee.org/communications/. This is our primary method of direct communication about the surveys. We also post survey statuses on the front page of the survey site itself.
