Good morning, members! How are you all doing on this lovely Sunday? I (Vella) hope you feel as radiant as the sun. Even if your joints protest a little (mine certainly are), remember that every creak and groan is a sign you're still moving and living, and that’s something to celebrate! 🙂 Now, for this week’s sprinkle of wisdom, let’s turn to the poetic words of Maya Angelou:

‘We may encounter many defeats, but we must not be defeated.’
