On Tuesday, August 23, at 12 pm EDT, meetup participants will be joined by experts from the University of Colorado BfitBwell Cancer Exercise Program. The BfitBwell program is designed to help decrease fatigue, improve strength and balance, and establish lifelong positive behavior changes. Sound Up aims to empower people affected by lung cancer to self-advocate by asking questions, expressing their needs, and having open conversations with their health care providers about their experiences. The conversation will be moderated by LUNGevity’s Care Navigator, Angela James, LMSW.
