Peer-to-Peer Recognition
In July, we celebrated with some peer-to-peer recognition fun!
Employees were invited to nominate a co-worker for a chance to win a Varland Plating hat — and we were thrilled to receive 16 thoughtful nominations.
Congratulations to Matt Fuson, our randomly selected winner! Matt gave a special shout-out to Terry Willis, saying:
“I really appreciate him for being such a nice, caring, and educative presence — much like a grandpa figure.”
