Welcome to the eighth issue of Crash Towing Industry News. There have been complaints about unacceptable and disorderly behaviour at crash sites, and DoT authorised officers have been given powers to take actions to promote a safe, fair and efficient crash towing industry. Disorderly conduct at crash sites: A towing worker engaging in crash towing work must not use insulting, offensive or threatening language or behave in an insulting, offensive or threatening manner:
