To view eligibility criteria and for more information, click on the below link. ![]() "Centralized Patient Scheduling" at SHNSHN is transforming the way patients and families access services at Scarborough Health Network (SHN) by centralizing patient scheduling. Centralized Patient Scheduling (CPS) will go live in a phased approach, on September 27 and October 25. When SHN goes live with the new CPS model, patients will have a more convenient way to book, reschedule, or cancel their appointments through a single point of contact. This will be facilitated through the centralized office with dedicated scheduling agents and extended service hours, including evenings and weekends. A visual overview is attached to this email, to outline what this service transformation means for you and your patients. Leveraging Microsoft Teams, participants will be able to direct message their colleagues and share PHI in a manner that is PHIPA compliant. We are continuing to seek out primary care physicians to participate in the pilot. Hosted at UTSC on October 13 and 14, the Building Communities through Inclusive Health conference aims to address the root causes and consequences of health inequities, the role of communities in promoting health equity, and policies and programs to support community solutions. Ontario Lab Information System (OLIS)The Ontario Laboratories Information System (OLIS) is an information repository that gives authorized health care providers access to lab test orders and results from hospitals, community labs and public health labs. The eHealth Centre of Excellence, OntarioMD and Ontario Health are collaborating on an eOrdering Limited Production Release project to connect your EMR to Ontario Lab Information System (OLIS) through the mobile orders and results entry web form (OLIS-MORE). The eOrdering workflow will support ordering of all labs (including public health). Lifelabs, Alpha Labs and Dynacare are participating.
