Sunday Edition
Good Morning folks! How are we all doing on this fine (or not so fine, if you're in Sydney like we are) Sunday morning? We hope you're all staying safe and warm indoors with a good cuppa and something delicious to eat... I've recently been getting into a 'cuppa and a croissant' phase and I'm absolutely loving it. So I'm encouraging you all to eat something yum to start your day too. Even if it is a treat, you have to live a little, don't you? Anyway, enough about cuppa's and croissants. We've got to kick off with our Quote of the week! This week's quote is sure to make you laugh a little...
"I'm not lazy, I'm on energy saving mode."
Look, we’ve had a big week at the SDC so we need a nice, relaxing weekend. So, if that means we need to be on “energy saving mode” all Sunday long, then that’s exactly what we are going to be doing 😉 A cuppa and breakfast in bed sounds like something we all need (and deserve) this week, don’t you think? So, the next time someone tells you, you’re being a bit lazy, just let them know you’re on energy saving mode and you’ll get up once you’ve fully recharged!
Now, let's move on to some news from across Australia and around the world this week…
