Flooding at the beginning of the year has meant St Mary's, Essendine, has been closed for worship, but the congregation have worked together to ensure that services can continue, no matter what. The Archbishop of Korea, who is also the Bishop of Seoul, and the Bishop of Daejon travelled to Peterborough to attend Bishop Debbie’s Installation and Service of Welcome. Wild@AllSaints is a group of volunteers from All Saints Church, Earls Barton and the village community whose aim is to make their churchyard more wildlife friendly. Their hard work was recognised earlier this year when they were awarded gold by the The Wildlife Trust for Beds, Cambs & Northants as part of their Conservation Churchyard Award scheme. If you missed any of our events this month, recordings of both Bishop Debbie's Installation and the recent Bible Day are available to view over on our YouTube channel.
