0.5 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. honey syrup
4 dashes of Bittered Sling Shanghai Rhubarb bitters
Top with ginger beerGarnish: flowers Method: Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with exception of ginger beer, add ice and shake hard until well blended and chilled for about 5 to 6 seconds. Fine strain into ice filled glass and top up with ginger beer and garnish with flowers.
