Through a long pot distillation, the team at Hiram Walker & Son's Distillery is able to concentrate the fruit, floral, and baking spice notes to perfectly balance out the sweetness from the new barrels it is aged in.

1.5 oz. Lot No. 40 
0.5 oz. Strawberry Liqueur 
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice 
0.5 oz. honey syrup 
4 dashes of Bittered Sling Shanghai Rhubarb bitters
Top with ginger beer

Garnish: flowers

Method: Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with exception of ginger beer, add ice and shake hard until well blended and chilled for about 5 to 6 seconds. Fine strain into ice filled glass and top up with ginger beer and garnish with flowers.
